If you are a FirsTeckBio customer, you can open, track and resolve support requests online. Each request receives a tracking reference for follow-up.

  • New ticket: Open a service request for installation, training, consumables or technical questions.
  • Track tickets: Follow the status of your request: open, in progress, resolved or closed.
  • Account access: A customer account lets you manage and review all requests for your laboratory.

  • Method evaluation: Support for laboratory verification and method comparison studies.
  • IVDR documentation: Procurement-ready CE-IVD and IVDR documentation packs.
