RealMind Biotech MCL60 — Direct chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.

FirsTeckBio is the Italian distributor of the RealMind Biotech MCL60 — a direct chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) analyzer using acridinium-ester labeling, for point-of-care and laboratory use. Sensitive, specific, rapid and simple, running on whole blood and capillary blood in a footprint of just 0.33 m².

  • Throughput: Up to 144 test samples per hour in a 0.33 m² benchtop footprint.
  • Precision: Coefficient of Variation (CV) ≤ 3% across the supported assay menu.
  • Sensitivity: Limit of Detection (LOD) down to 0.4 pg/mL via acridinium-ester labeling.
  • First result: 13 minutes to first result, with 10 µL minimum sample volume.
  • Sample types: Capillary blood and whole blood supported; all positions accept STAT (urgent) samples.

  • Cardiac markers: hs-cTnT, hs-cTnI, CK-MB, Myoglobin, NT-proBNP, BNP, ST2, D-Dimer, Lp-PLA2 — rapid triage of chest pain and heart failure.
  • Inflammation & sepsis: PCT, HBP, IL-6, plus the cytokine panel IL-1β, IL-2R, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α.
  • Thyroid function: TSH, FT3, FT4, TT3, TT4.
  • Tumor markers: AFP, CEA, CA125, CA15-3, CA19-9, CYFRA21-1, NSE, ProGRP, SCC, HE4, tPSA, fPSA.
  • Reproductive hormones: FSH, LH, PRL, E2, PROG, TEST, AMH, β-HCG.
  • Glyco-metabolism & growth: HbA1c, Insulin, C-peptide; GH, IGF-I, IGFBP-3, 25-OH Vitamin D, Ferritin.
